29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There shall be no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating. (a) 510 Kenhorst Plaza, READING, PA 19607 - Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting retail operations due to damaged wire cladding on a multi-receptacle strip, on or about March 21, 2024. (b) 510 Kenhorst Plaza, READING, PA 19607 - Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting retail operations due to damaged wire cladding on a 4-way receptacle box on or about March 21, 2024. Abatement certification required within 15 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
