29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points. a) 510 Kenhorst Plaza, READING, PA 19607 - An orange flexible power cord was run through, over, and under-counter edges and dividers. The origin cannot be determined due to the duct tape securing the cords to the floor. It enters the under-counter space and continues under the counter. It terminates into a white relocatable power tap, on or about March 21, 2024. Abatement certification required within 15 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
