29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii): There were defects or evidence of damage that could have exposed an employee to injury and the defective or damaged item was not removed from service. (a) 510 Kenhorst Plaza, READING, PA 19607 - Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting retail operations due to damaged sheathing on a flexible cord, connected to a white relocatable power tap in the manager's office. The power tap was hanging on the right side of the window in the manager's office and terminated into a black relocatable power tap, on or about March 21, 2024. (b) 510 Kenhorst Plaza, READING, PA 19607 - Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while conducting retail operations due to inadequately repaired flexible power cords on or about March 21, 2024. Abatement certification required within 15 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
