29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a. On or about March 4, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was not protected by a hardhat while working below an employee performing framing work above, while building the second floor, exposing the employee below to a struck-by hazard by fallings tools and/or materials.
