29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. a) At American Vinyl Company, located at 6715 North 53rd Street TAMPA, FL: On or about February 1, 2024, the employer exposed workers to an electrocution hazard, in that, unused openings in the energized 2000-volt electrical panel were covered with cardboard.
