(a) 223 Park Avenue, Manalapan 07726 Warehouse: A marked exit door to the rear of the warehouse along with the aisle leading to it was blocked with boxes of product, trash, and ladders preventing emergency egress on or about 12/30/2023. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
