29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail. On or about: November 11, 2023 Location: 16 Wade Sq., Bronx, NY 10457 a) Interior stairway near eastern side of the building leading from the 1st floor to the 5th floor were not installed with handrail(s) for the workers. Workers exposed to trip and fall hazards.
