29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: Location: Facility of 3505 Bergen Turnpike, North Bergen, NJ 07047 a. The employer did not ensure that maintenance employees were trained in safety-related work practices for electrical work such as, but not limited to, changing electrical light fixtures, GFCI outlets, blower motor components, or changing electrical contactor components or provide training to their maintenance employees to identify, isolate, and prevent dangers associated with working on or near electrical hazards. Violation occurred on or about August 14, 2023
