29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: a) In the woodworking area: On or about August 02, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the Rockwell bench grinder had its right-side tongue guard adjusted to 1 and 7/16's of an inch from the wheel and the left one was missing entirely.
