29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) In the woodworking area: On or about August 02, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to amputation hazards in that the employer did not provide the Delta 10-inch table saw with a hood guard.
