29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(ii): The onsite employer did not ensure that his or her personnel understood and complied with restrictions and prohibitions of the outside employer's energy control procedures: a. COE Area of Mill 2 - On or about June 19, 2023, the employer (Weaber Inc.) failed to ensure that temporary agency personnel (Trigger Staffing) were trained on the company lockout tagout program and procedures for when servicing and maintenance activities require the use of lockout tagout. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
