29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about June 20, 2023, employees were exposed to overhead hazards without head protection, on a residential construction site in Champaign, Illinois. CARMONA'S CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 1926.100(A), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1655936, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 26, 2023, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1606 A/B E.
