29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a) Valu Auto, LLC, 113 Southside Drive, Owego, NY 13827: On or about 05/31/2023 thru 06/15/2023, employer did not ensure that an Oxygen compressed gas cylinder was secured, stored in an area away from heavy moving objects, and stored away from flammable substances such as but not limited to motor oil. b)Valu Auto, LLC, 113 Southside Drive, Owego, NY 13827: On or about 05/31/2023 thru 06/15/2023, employer did not ensure that a compress gas cylinder was secured when a non-flammable compress gas cylinder was stuck by an employee while evacuating after a welding explosion.
