29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) Jobsite: On or about 5/11/2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 1 inch while performing residential roofing work on a small porch without any means of fall protection. Rossy Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1521251, citation number 2, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/23/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 254 Great Rd., North Smithfield, RI 02896. Rossy Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1349663, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/28/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 89 Burlington St., Woburn MA, 01801.
