29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder. a) Garage Walkway: On or about 5/11/2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards when using a ladder set-up at the front of the garage walkway, that was not secured. b) Garage Roof: On or about 5/11/2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards when using a ladder set-up at the rear of the garage walkway, that was not secured.
