29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Behind the Oven Rollup System Machine, Roll-Up Station: On May 4, 2023, On May 4, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to crush and caught-in between hazards, in that procedures were not developed to control potentially hazardous mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical energy when the employee was performing non-routine activities such as clearing jams.
