29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6): The employer did not provide training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i) through (q)(6)(v) for employees who participated in or were expected to participate in emergency response: On or about May 2, 2023, the employer failed to provide training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i) through (q)(6)(v) for employees who participated in or were expected to participate in emergency response when employees were required to respond to two releases of hazardous substances with the potential for health hazards, including, but not limited to, N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and the employer not provide HAZWOPER training to employees.
