29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about May 3, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard ranging from approximately 8-feet 8-inches to 14-feet 8-inches and greater while working on a roof without using fall protection. Cuberto Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1546660, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2405 Ocean Key, Texas City, Texas.
