29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) Homag Edge Bander Area - On or prior to April 25, 2023, an employee that operates the Homag Edge Bander wore gloves that would get caught in the machine while operating the machine. No PPE Hazard assessment was conducted to determine appropriate use of gloves on when operating this machine.
