29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: Paint Room/Outside walkway next to the Scott paper towel dispenser: On and/or before April 19, 2023, employee(s) used a sink that had a waste water pump remove water from the area. The water pump was plugged into a relocatable power tap and its cord was run through the wall. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).
