29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. a) At the Warehouse 135 Schmitt Boulevard Farmingdale, NY 11735. On or about April 19th, 2023, emergency exit doors were locked from inside. b) At the Warehouse 130 Schmitt Boulevard Farmingdale, NY 11735. On or about April 19th, 2023, emergency exit doors were locked from inside. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
