29 CFR 1915.75(d): Railings approximately 42 inches in height, with a mid-rail, were not provided on the edges of wing walls of floating dry docks or on edges of graving docks: A) North Side Of Dry dock #1, on or about 4/14/2023, and or times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard in that the top guardrail (chains) were not 42 inches high around the edge of the top of the dry dock by the 440 mark and the 380 mark.
