29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: On or about April 8, 2023, at the Screw Conveyor, employees performing servicing or maintenance activities such as but not limited to replacing the screws on the auger did not receive training on the specific energy control procedures including the types and magnitude of energy sources, the hazards associated with the energy sources, or the means to control the energy.
