29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: a) Establishment, 3 Rybka Road, PO Box 40, Stuyvesant Falls, NY - On or about 03/24/2023, for employees who use the unmarked exit routes in the barn as mean of egress. Every exit located in the barn had no exit signs. - There was no exit sign on the rear exit to the barn. - There was no exit sign on the front door to the barn. - There was no exit sign from the washroom in the barn. - There was no exit sign off of the dog pens on the right side of the barn. - There was no exit sign off of the dog pens on the left side of the barn.
