29 CFR 1926.1437(n)(5): The physical attachment, corralling, rail system, or centerline cable system did not meet the requirements of options 1 through 4 of this section, or meet the requirements of paragraph (n)(5)(v) of this section: On or about March 21, 2023, at 59 Mutiny Place, Key Largo, FL, employees were exposed to drowning, struck-by, and caught-between hazards while a crawler crane on a barge was not physically attached to it while the equipment was being used to conduct pile driving operations.
