29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of equipment, including its use with attachments: On or about March 21, 2023, at 59 Mutiny Place, Key Largo, FL, employees were exposed to drowning, struck-by, and caught-between hazards while the employer failed to comply with the crane manufacturer's procedures when using a boom with a length superior of 40 feet without a retractable high gantry fully extended to provide stability and support the load capacity of the boom assembly.
