29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1):29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in the detail as required by the regulation: a.) Warren Industries, Inc. - On or about 3/16/23 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not fill out Column F on the OSHA 300 Injury and Illness log properly. The employer only filled out the part of the body affected instead of also listing the injury and the object/substance that made the person injured or ill. This occurred on case #1 of Calendar Year 2023 which happened on 2/22/23. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
