Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003F Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On February 28, 2023 and times prior thereto; the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program in the workplace. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to acetone, and Quadrex LLC. paint, epoxy curative and primer, H70 activator, S60 reducer, iron oxide fume, manganese fume, and welding rods.
