29 CFR 1910.95(i)(2): The employer did not ensure that hearing protectors were worn: a) 3370 Drennan Industrial Loop North, Colorado Springs, CO 80910 (Colorado Ready Mix Plant): On or about June 23, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to health hazards from loud noise, due to the lack of hearing protection. The employer failed to ensure employees were wearing earplugs when exposed above the OSHA Action Level of 85 dBA.
