29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) In the Warehouse Forklift Battery Charging Station, 215 Engineers Blvd Hauppauge. On or about July 21st, 2023 employees who performed battery charging operations, were not provided with facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
