29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Throughout the warehouse - On or about February 2, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure employees were able to open the exit route doors from the inside at all times without keys and tools when the doors were locked with no access to the keys for employees while they were working inside the warehouse and/or operating powered industrial trucks.
