29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to electrical hazards in that the employer did not ensure the on/off control box for the green line was serviceable thus exposing the operator to damaged wiring every time the green line was powered on or off.
