29 CFR 1910.265(c)(5)(ii): Stairways were not provided with a standard handrail on at least one side or on any open side: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the stairway next to the hurdle sawmill was equipped with a handrail. Employees were using the stairway to gain access to the Hurdle Sawmill operator's cab to conduct sawmill operations, maintenance, and repair work.
