29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(v): Elevated platforms used routinely on a daily basis were not equipped with stairways or fixed ladders that complied with subpart D of this part: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure that an elevated work platform that employees were routinely accessing was equipped with a stairway or fixed ladder. Employees were using a broken extension ladder to access the elevated work platform.
