29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(iv): Elevated platform(s), 4 feet or more from the floor level, were not provided with a standard railing: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure employees conducting material handling and re-saw work on an elevated platform were adequately protected from falling to a lower level. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of at least 6 feet to the ground below.
