29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to caught in and amputation hazards s in that the employer did not ensure that sprocket wheels and chains were adequately guarded. Instances of exposure include but are not limited to: Instance 1: Unguarded sprocket wheels and chain assembly at the end of the green line located in the main building. Instance 2: Unguarded sprocket wheels and chain assembly at the end of the green line located in the new building (Grade mill).
