29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to struck-by and caught between hazards in that the employer did not ensure employees conducting maintenance and repair work with a bench grinder were protected by work rest with a maximum opening of one eighth of an inch to the grinding wheel.
