29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to fire hazards in that the employer did not ensure that an education system, which familiarizes employees with the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting was in place. Employees were exposed to fire hazards related to incipient stage firefighting at the worksite.
