29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1): The employer did not inspect, maintain, or test portable fire extinguishers in the workplace: On or about January 11, 2023, and thereafter, employees engaged in sawmill activities at the worksite located at 33643 MO-6 Brashear, Missouri 63533 were exposed to fire hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the portable fire extinguishers in the workplace were inspected, tested, or maintained.
