29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Tire service shop: On or about, January 18, 2023, and at times prior, thereto the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that employees were required to use products that contained hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to motor oil, brake fluid, and power steering fluid. The employer did not have safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in use.
