29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): (General-Periodic inspection) The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. a) On or about January 10, 2023, the employer did not ensure that periodic inspections were conducted at least annually of the energy control procedures, to include but not limited to the CNC lathes and milling machines in the machine shop, exposing employees to machine hazards.
