29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about 12/29/2023, at facility, for the swim instructors and lifeguards cleaning with corrosives such as, but not limited to, Clorox� Splash-Less� Bleach, containing sodium hypochlorite, to scrub off the grout on the pool deck, and bleach and vinegar, containing sodium hypochlorite and acetic acid, to clean the vestibule. The employer did not provide an eyewash and shower station.
