OSH Act of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees that were exposed to ingestion and jet blast hazards. a) 4445 Selma Highway, Montgomery, Alabama, Gate 4: On or about January 1, 2023, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that ground crew employees performing aircraft marshalling, wing walking and baggage handling did not enter the aircraft envelope prematurely and were exposed to engine ingestion and jet blast hazards.
