29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial trucks with defects or in any way unsafe had not been withdrawn from service until restored to safe operating condition: a. Reliance Precast Systems, Inc., On December 30, 2022 the employer did not ensure the Genie Model GTH-5519 and Genie Model GTH-844 powered industrial trucks had been withdrawn from service when in need of repairs. This condition exposed employees to crushing and struck-by hazards.
