29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s) (a) Coleman Worldwide Moving, LLC., at 2160 South Hancock Expressway, Colorado Springs, CO: On or about 12/14/2022, and at times prior, the employer, Coleman Worldwide Moving, LLC., did not ensure powered industrial trucks (PIT) were removed from service after the employer identified defects and missing parts in the powered industrial truck (PIT) such as inoperable seatbelts and the propane tank toggle clamps on the Hyster Forklift S50 XM, SN# D187V16854X and the Toyota Forklift 8FGU25, SN# 16687.
