29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one half hour: a) Between main shop and tire side building; On or about December 14, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work in the same area where oxygen cylinders and fuel gas (acetylene and propane) cylinders were stored together without a barrier or separation distance as required by the standard.
