29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Cylinders were not stored in areas to ensure that the cylinders would not be knocked over: a) Tire Shop Area; On or about December 14, 2022, the employer exposed his employees to struck-by hazards in that an inert gas cylinder was stored unsecured in the middle of the shop in areas where it could be knocked over. b) Outside Beside Tire Shop Area; On or about December 14, 2022, the employer exposed his employees to struck-by hazards in that compressed gas cylinders stored unsecured in areas where they could be knocked over.
