29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(i): When a powered industrial truck is left unattended, load engaging means were not fully lowered. a) Facility Wide; On or about December 14, 2022: the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards and crushed-by hazards in that employees were allowed to work on and around unattended powered industrial trucks that did not have the load engaging means lowered.
