29 CFR 1910.132(b): Where employees provide their own protective equipment, the employer did not assure its adequacy, including proper maintenance, and sanitation of such equipment. On or about October 24, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not assess the adequacy of employee footwear in the Deli Area that had wet, soapy and greasy floors, exposing employees to the hazard of a slip and fall.
