(b) Room 30 HEPES process - On or about 11/9/2022, the employer operates and maintains a covered process involving methanol, a class 1 flammable liquid having a flashpoint below 100F exceeding the TQ of 10,000 lbs. The employer did not perform inspection and tests on process equipment including the crystallizer high-level shut-off. (c) Room 30 HEPES process - On or about 11/9/2022, the employer operates and maintains a covered process involving methanol, a class 1 flammable liquid having a flashpoint below 100F exceeding the TQ of 10,000 lbs.
